There are a few basic eye care tips that everyone should follow when it comes to grooming and taking care of their eyes. But, in general, here are some simple tips for keeping your eyes healthy and looking their best:

1.Always remove your makeup before going to bed. This is especially important if you wear contacts; sleeping in your contacts can increase your risk of developing an infection.

2.Wash your face before bedtime and avoid getting soap or other products in your eyes.

3.Avoid rubbing your eyes – this can irritate them and make them dry out.

4.Whenever possible, wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun’s UV rays

5.Make sure your contact lenses are properly disinfected and stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions

There is no scientific evidence to support the claim that” does crying makes your eyelashes longer?”. In fact, prolonged and excessive crying can actually damage your eyelashes and cause them to fall out.
