Good Vibes Yoga is the yoga that brings wellness and fitness to your life. It brings people together and benefits their minds, bodies, and souls. Yoga helps create balance and flexibility, creating an overall strength in your mind, body, and soul.

It includes deep breaths and slow movements while holding a pose which helps your muscles warm up. People usually tend to do yoga alone, but Good Vibes Yoga offers them to share their experience and growth with others by allowing them to do it together in one space connecting everyone.

Everyone is welcome there, and there is no discrimination on caste, creed, or color. It entirely focuses on your physical and mental health, and the arrangement of all the classes is according to the students’ needs. They don’t require a perfect pose but perfect health for you.

Good Vibes Yoga-Subscription/Membership

At Good Vibes Yoga, you have a wide range of classes conducted by excellent Yoga instructors, offering Vinyasa yoga and Restorative yoga. The yoga is usually indoors here, but the classes are pretty warm and make it easier for people to do yoga there.

To be a part of Good Vibes Yoga, they offer people multiple subscription offers:

  3. Virtual-Only monthly ($65/monthly)

Book A Class

On their website, you can book your classes according to your requirements and the subscription that you have paid. They have multiple classes in a day. The timings and the instructor allotted for the class are in the schedules, and you can decide which one suits you best before booking a class.

Before you join any class they give some practice classes which give you an overview of what to expect in your booked class. The practice sessions include:

  1. Practice experience 1
  2. Practice experience 2
  3. Practice experience 3

Practice Experience 1

In practice experience 1, there is a standard room temperature provided. The yoga is slower than the original class, and you are not required to do advanced poses. This practice 1 consists of an introduction to Vinyasa and Restorative practices.

Restorative yoga includes gentle movements and poses with support. It helps people new to regulated breathing and also mentally relaxes as well as physically. restores your body for the class you must take the initiative and your daily straining activities.

This practice experience is perfect for people doing yoga for the first time, but that doesn’t mean others cannot do it. It is suitable for everyone, and it doesn’t matter their yoga level.

Intro to Vinyasa includes the poses related to Vinyasa yoga but is very simple to achieve because the real purpose is to familiarize students with Vinyasa yoga. Both these yoga practices are two different classes, and they take 60 minutes.

Practice Experience 2

In practice experience 2, the room temperature is boiling, from about 85 to 88 degrees. In this practice class, the poses are next level. The poses here are slightly more challenging than the ones in practice experience 1.

 But people who have done yoga before can do it quickly as well as the ones who have attended the practice experience 1. It entirely focuses on Vinyasa yoga and specifically ” warm Vinyasa”.

Warm Vinyasa is usually at hot room temperature that helps the body to create its functional heat. Warm Vinyasa is all about following your breath. All the movements are according to your breath.

Sometimes, you don’t have to move from place to place, attempting different postures. Instead, you stay in one place and focus on breathing as you maintain your pose. With time, the postures and your ability to balance and sustain them become more challenging. This practice lasts for about 60 minutes.

Practice Experience 3

In practice experience 3, the room temperature is boiling from about 95-105 degrees. It is the most challenging of all 3 practices. It requires more details and complex postures.

This practice focuses on your balance and requires perfect postures, but support is always there at every level of practicing. It includes a Vinyasa class that focuses on burning your calories and provides a detox to your mind, body, and soul.

In the case of breathing balance along with your postures, this class has similar requirements as the others. You might end up needing a towel as well as water. Comfortable clothes and easy to wear while sweating is essential. This class lasts for about 60 to 75 minutes.

Every Friday at 6:00 pm class, they offer their students free shots from their beverages as a sample shot, called “happy hour”. They are also offering Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga which requires you to follow a sequence of steps without setting postures from class to class as in regular Vinyasa yoga.

In conclusion, yoga is the best option if you want a better and easier way towards fitness. It detoxifies your mind, body, and soul. Good Vibes Yoga is the best option for yoga lovers and those who want to start doing yoga.

To be a part of the yoga world, you must take two to three classes in a week to learn it quickly and create a pace yourself. Some people do it regularly, right from the start, but that is not mandatory for everyone.

Vinyasa yoga does not require everyday practice, so leaving a day off is always good. It is always best to explore different styles in different classes and mix them to your liking and preference. In case of any medical conditions, everyone is welcome, and it is best to provide us with your doctor’s letter or email.
